I really want to get a new tattoo.I need to call tomorrow to see if the artist I go to started sketching the idea yet. I sent it to him last Wednesday and called last Friday to follow up on it. He got it and said he would work on it, I haven’t heard from him since. I know it was Christmas last weekend so he was closed and was with his family and such. I just hope he started it his week.
knivesmonroe956 asked: I know its possible to do the firmware hack on the T2i, which I own, but Im genuinely nervous about 'bricking' the Camera.
However it does at about 1 grand worth of features on it, so its worth it, naturally.
Have you shot anything on your camera, I'd love to watch it. =) ?

All moments, past, present and future, always have existed, always will exist.

For an hour I dug out my car (Not any of the ones above or even the my street but this picture is close to he amount of snow), not with a shovel, but this,
a garbage can lid until a nice neighbor let me use his shovel. I returned the favor by helping him out with his car. From this I learned two things, I need to get a shovel, and there are still kind people out there.

End of year part 2
I also need to work on my grammar.
Enough of the past, now for the future. What will I change? Well, I can say that this year I will put more effort into my dream than I have ever. I have been slowly gathering equipment to do this but I lack a good idea and writing ability. Thanks to friends like Joseph Lomas who are willing to help me in this area I can work on my faults and improve where I am...

End of year part 1
This will be long. Just warning you all.
It is that evitable time of the year where I reflect on what has happened, what changed, what didn’t, what was good, what was bad. Well, what I can say is this was one weird year. So much has changed, I have changed, my friends have changed, and the world has changed.
For me, well there were many drastic changes. I left the band I have been with for years,...

Valhalla Rising was good. Visually it was fantastic. The story reminded mix between Lord of the Flies and the Thirteenth Warrior. The way the story was told reminded me of Enter the Void a little because there was a lot of shots of the future and past cut into the present. I love how little dialogue there was and how much it relied on visuals and actions. I would give this movie a viewing if I...

Buried was pretty good. Since the camera never leaves the casket here isn’t any special shots but they do creaive and awesomely composed shots in the casket. The story does keep your attention most of the time and you can really feel for the characer, at least I did. The last section keeps you on your toes too. Overall I really did like it. It was no Black Swan but stilla good movie.

Honestly, Iwas not a huge fan of Exit Through the Gift Shop. For me at least, it made me feel that the meaning behind street are is dead if some guy just decides to skip the whole finding your own syle stage and go straight into a HUGE are show making a shit ton of money and reusing designs until they are meaningless. I don’t feel he made his art, just directed the others in how to make it....

EOSHD.com - Darren Aronofsky's new film Black Swan... →
mylifeasmillz:
areweshootingyet:This is an interesting interview of Matthew Libatique the Director of Photography from the new film Black Swan. I had no idea they used some HDLSRs for a couple of scenes. Especially in a very tight spot (location) literally.
“We used a Canon 7D or 1D Mark IV for all the subway scenes; I could just carry a 7D and shoot on the subway all day with a very...

Me and a friend of mine were talking about this last week. I feel that most of us in this generation do not understand the time we live in. Technology as fucking BLEW UP in our genteration. No many people realize that we are pioneering changes that have had such a HUGE impact. Did your parents have a computer growing up? Did they have a cell phone? NO! Those pieces of technology were not...

I feel like some unkown forces stopped me from watching movies tonight. My plans to go out and see anything fell through, my computer crashed while watching movies online, and the slow internet hinders the buffer speed. Oh well, I will make up for it by going Thursday to see 127 Hours by myself if I have to.

Since it seems my plans on going to see Black Swan (again), The Fighter, or 127 Hours fell through, I think I might just stay in and watch a movie or two on DVD or online. Now I just need to decide what to watch.
Any suggestions?

On first reaction, I loved Black Swan. I Have to let it sit for a while though. It has a lot to take in. The cinematography was amazing, specially the way the movie felt after she started to morph into the black swan. The moving cameras were very well done. This movie blew me away. Now I need to find 127 Hours.

Interview with Lena Dunham →
Writer, direcor, and star of Tiny Furinture, Lena Dunham talks on NPR. This interview was very encouraging because she made it seem so easy to do a short film.
Tokyo Police Club and Two Door Cinema Club ( I have never lisened to them before) in NYC on JAN 21 and In Philly on Jan 22.
Beach House in NYC on Feb 23 and Philly on Feb 24.
Who is going with me to any of these?
I really want to see Vampire Weekend, Tokyo Police Club, and Death Cab for Cutie live. That would be an amazing show.
